During your working hours, you will be actively engaged in tasks, unless on break. When not occupied, you will assess and assist with other necessary tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Chipotle Crew member and/or Kitchen Leader.
  • Understanding and the ability to communicate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
  • Proficiency in cash handling procedures.
  • Familiarity with Food Safety regulations and health department requirements.
  • Knowledge of office paperwork procedures.
  • Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location.
  • High school diploma.
  • Background in the restaurant industry

About Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the service of delicious and high-quality food.
  • Addressing and resolving food quality concerns.
  • Upholding food safety protocols, including monitoring hand hygiene, glove changes, time and temperature, and adherence to food safety checklists and policies.
  • Resolving customer incidents and contributing to positive customer interactions.
  • Supervising crew breaks, shift transitions, meetings, and line schedules.
  • Cross-training front-of-house crew and supporting their development.
  • Assisting with crew performance evaluations.
  • Nurturing future Service Leaders.
  • Supporting administrative tasks, including cash handling policies, banking, and office paperwork.
  • Maintaining operational office equipment and overseeing office supplies.
