The role relies heavily on your exceptional organizational and time management skills, forming the foundation for maintaining service schedules and delivering outstanding service to our clients.
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrate white-glove customer service and technical support.
- Assume responsibility for daily service schedule management for technicians.
- Act as a liaison between clients and technicians to optimize service delivery.
- Ability to proactively assist service technicians in meeting our clients' needs.
- Engage in thoughtful pre- and post-service communication with clients.
- Provide pricing for services as part of your training.
- Efficiently identify and order materials and equipment when required.
About Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls from clients.
- Create and manage service technician schedules.
- Understand and interpret service technicians' reports.
- Generate estimates in SimPro for billable services.
- Collect deposits for billable services.
- Invoice clients upon service completion.
- Conduct post-service follow-ups with clients to communicate the work performed and any future service needs.
- Acquire proficiency in vendor ordering software.
- Manage the shipping and receiving process.
- Accurately record all vendor receipts and process them in QuickBooks.
