We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to play a key role in strategic planning, solution design, system administration, and technical support for both our client’s Salesforce org and the Salesforce orgs of our Cloud Consulting customers. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for conducting org health checks, troubleshooting integrations, managing data, and collaborating on the design of scalable technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Job Requirements:
- Possess over 10 years of experience in architecting Salesforce solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership in overseeing the full lifecycle of client implementation projects, including design, development, testing, data migration, and deployment phases.
- Proven track record in designing, building, and managing scalable service and support systems for collaborative client support.
- Extensive expertise in architecting Salesforce solutions for enterprise-level nonprofit and educational institutions.
- Exceptional knowledge of NPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack) and EDA (Education Data Architecture) architectures.
- Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP).
- Strong background in data analysis, design, integration, and migration.
- Skilled in leading discovery sessions and documenting detailed requirements.
- Proficient in designing, building, and deploying service centers using Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Expertise in developing custom Salesforce automations using Flow and other Salesforce automation tools.
- Mastery of APEX, Visualforce, and other coding languages used in Salesforce development and integration.
About Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive health checks and audits of client Salesforce orgs, providing detailed findings and recommendations.
- Troubleshoot, rectify, test, and deploy integrations, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Lead data cleanup and deduplication efforts, including data migrations as necessary.
- Evaluate org-to-org integrations used for managing client support cases, documenting issues, and making improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with client resources to finalize requirements and acceptance criteria for a customer service and support system.
- Design scalable and extensible technical solutions on the Salesforce platform to enhance client service and support through a collaborative model.
- Work closely with Ability Central leadership to develop a Salesforce Roadmap that aligns with the needs of Cloud Consulting, Philanthropy, and Web Portal teams.
- Provide technical support to Cloud Consulting staff in the administration of client Salesforce instances and technical support cases.
- Administer the client's Salesforce org, including the installation, configuration, testing, and deployment of third-party apps when necessary.
