Job Requirements:
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and skill.
- Exhibit a strong desire to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
- Completion of all required safety and environmental training.
- Display self-motivated work behavior, with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Possess basic computer skills.
- Hold a Forklift Certification.
- Previous experience in a production line role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures and tasks on the packaging line.
- High school diploma or GED.
About Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently operate packaging and molding equipment during the shift.
- Utilize a forklift to move and stage materials (while not mandatory, it is preferred).
- Engage in general area housekeeping and cleaning tasks to maintain a clean work environment.
- Perform product rework when necessary.
- Undertake various general tasks and assignments as directed.
