With a background in Dynamics 365 Finance, the Senior Consultant will play a crucial role in identifying complex problems, guiding critical processes, and facilitating the achievement of client objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in fields such as Business, Accounting, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or Commerce, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance or equivalent.
  • Microsoft Dynamics D365 Functional Certifications, including Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate, MB-300, MB-310, and Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate, are highly desirable.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in Microsoft D365 Finance (or equivalent), showcasing the ability to enhance and implement D365 Finance across the full implementation cycle.
  • In-depth understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Azure Cloud Platform, Power BI, PowerApps, Flow, Azure Data lake, DevOps, and RSAT.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps is highly preferred.
  • Experience in Finance process design and leading practices is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile (Scrum), and hybrid methodology approaches.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information to internal and external stakeholders in written, oral, and presentation formats.

About Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in the identification and innovative resolution of intricate client issues by harnessing Dynamics capabilities.
  • Participate in requirements gathering workshops, assisting in the elicitation, analysis, and validation of business needs from stakeholders.
  • Showcase the value of Microsoft Dynamics Finance through product demonstrations, aligning its features with client requirements.
  • Utilize financial process expertise to guide clients through consulting engagements, including Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design, and Configuration.
  • Translate conceptual requirements into clear functional specifications comprehensible to the development team.
  • Convert business requirements into capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Analyze potential risks and issues in conjunction with project managers within the project portfolio.
