Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides theoretical and practical knowledge in the field.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform essential job functions, typically acquired through eight or more years of progressively responsible experience in related production planning.
  • APICS certification is preferred.

About Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess advanced specialized knowledge of manufacturing resource planning principles, automated systems, industry practices, regulations, and policies.
  • Capable of effectively assessing, leading, and implementing continuous improvement methods, such as pull systems and JIT (Just-In-Time).
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of manufacturing resource planning systems and interface operations, with proficiency in standard business application software.
  • Handle complex problems that require in-depth analysis and evaluation, often involving intricate negotiations. Resolve a wide range of unique problems with considerable scope and complexity, which may necessitate innovative approaches or substantial modifications of standard procedures.
  • Proficiently read, analyze, and interpret complex policies, making recommendations for procedural changes. Address significant inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
  • Communicate effectively, delivering compelling speeches and presentations on complex subjects to top management, customers, and boards of directors.
  • Define problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Demonstrate team member competencies effectively, contributing to goal-setting, performance feedback, and self-development activities.
