Job Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides theoretical and practical knowledge in the field.
- Demonstrated ability to perform essential job functions, typically acquired through eight or more years of progressively responsible experience in related production planning.
- APICS certification is preferred.
About Key Responsibilities:
- Possess advanced specialized knowledge of manufacturing resource planning principles, automated systems, industry practices, regulations, and policies.
- Capable of effectively assessing, leading, and implementing continuous improvement methods, such as pull systems and JIT (Just-In-Time).
- Maintain a thorough understanding of manufacturing resource planning systems and interface operations, with proficiency in standard business application software.
- Handle complex problems that require in-depth analysis and evaluation, often involving intricate negotiations. Resolve a wide range of unique problems with considerable scope and complexity, which may necessitate innovative approaches or substantial modifications of standard procedures.
- Proficiently read, analyze, and interpret complex policies, making recommendations for procedural changes. Address significant inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
- Communicate effectively, delivering compelling speeches and presentations on complex subjects to top management, customers, and boards of directors.
- Define problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Demonstrate team member competencies effectively, contributing to goal-setting, performance feedback, and self-development activities.
