In this role, you will be immersed in the world of Canadian entrepreneurs and private business owners. Your main responsibility will be to develop and execute programs, messages, experiences, and omnichannel initiatives that cater to their needs, foster relationships, and generate leads. As a member of a national team of marketing experts, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the Company’s brand and reputation in the entrepreneurial landscape. This position is part of the Brand, Marketing, and Communications (BMC) team.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing, including a track record of managing end-to-end programs. Experience in B2B marketing is highly desirable.
- A university degree in marketing or a related field.
- Exceptional project management skills, coupled with the ability to build and nurture relationships, strong organizational capabilities, and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in end-to-end event planning, encompassing both in-person and virtual events.
- A comprehensive understanding of various marketing facets, such as public relations, communications, branding, digital marketing, and social media.
- Strong business acumen, including the capacity to contextualize data in the context of customer issues and the ability to navigate large volumes of data effectively.
