We are currently looking to hire a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in applying engineering principles, which can be demonstrated through work experience, internships, or educational background, especially in design engineering.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in related engineering fields.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of prior experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Rhinoceros is preferred.
About Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and successfully complete the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) run to obtain final approval for fixtures before production release.
- Develop and implement error-proofing (Poka Yoke) solutions for parts to enhance production repeatability and product quality.
- Create and refine new processes that align with manufacturing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Design improvements for existing tooling to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Evaluate products, parts, or processes for cost efficiency and reliability.
- Provide clear work instructions and guidance to the production team.
