Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English with strong written communication skills in both languages is mandatory.
  • Thorough understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a knack for crafting compelling and creative captions.
  • Proficiency in using social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Ability to generate engaging visual content, including short videos, photography, and Reels.
  • Familiarity with graphic design concepts to collaborate effectively with the Graphic Designer/Web Manager.
  • Strong attention to detail and the capability to analyze social media metrics to inform strategy.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple social media platforms and campaigns concurrently.
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking in social media content creation.

About Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Director and Graphic Designer/Web Manager to grasp Company’s comprehensive marketing and communication strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Director to plan and create engaging social media content that aligns with marketing and communication plans and calendars.
  • Schedule and publish social media content across various platforms to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Craft attention-grabbing and persuasive captions that effectively convey our brand’s messages and offerings.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of social media activities, providing insightful reports and recommendations for continuous enhancement.
  • Engage with our social media audience, addressing comments and messages, and nurturing a sense of community around our brand.
  • Team up with various company departments to develop and execute internal marketing campaigns that foster employee engagement, company culture, and values.
  • Assist in email marketing, including database management, newsletter creation, and distribution.
  • Contribute to digital advertising efforts, including META ADS and Google AdWords.
  • Create captivating in-house content, such as Reels, short videos, photography, and other engaging formats, to elevate our social media presence.
  • Other marketing-related tasks may be assigned.
