As part of our team, your role will encompass addressing and resolving incidents at clients’ premises. This includes tasks such as installing applications, servicing peripherals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Job Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology, or possess equivalent industry experience.
  • Ideally, have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a technical service role, although recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrate strong technical competencies in Microsoft Windows, desktop hardware, desktop software applications, and network environments. Familiarity with Mac and Linux environments is advantageous.
  • Possess effective communication skills, analytical thinking, and a structured problem-solving approach.
  • Capable of collaborating within a team or working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service and support attributes.
  • Self-driven and enthusiastic about continuous learning.

About Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing user account administration and performing basic server administration tasks.
  • Reformatting and re-setting up Windows/Mac/Linux machines.
  • Troubleshooting issues related to Windows/Mac/Linux Operating Systems and applications.
  • Configuring peripherals and essential equipment.
  • Providing on-site desktop support to customers.
  • Initiating escalation procedures and diligently following up on open requests at assigned sites to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting primary troubleshooting of network connectivity within LAN/WAN environments.
  • Offering standby support for deployment at clients' premises.
  • Installing customers' applications on designated computing devices, including patch deployment and upgrades.
  • Fulfilling any additional ad-hoc duties as required.
