Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Workforce Capacity Planning
  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow ITBM - Resource Management Module
  • Prior Project Management experience in the Information Technology field
  • Preferred certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP)

About Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor forecasted capacity to ensure reliability.
  • Assess existing capacity and formulate plans to meet anticipated demand.
  • Continuously monitor capacity and demand, identifying constraints and changes, and providing insightful analysis.
  • Raise awareness within the business regarding conflicting priorities.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify and address problems and concerns.
  • Initiate and lead improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing capacity while ensuring a favorable return on investment without introducing risks or disruptions.
  • Ensure the implementation of the appropriate tools and processes to facilitate effective capacity planning and performance monitoring across the organization.
