Job Requirements:

  • Hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in relevant roles.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration skills across different departments.
  • Familiarity with Unit4 Prosoft is considered advantageous.

About Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating office activities to enhance operational efficiency and coordination.
  • Managing the entire recruitment process, including agency coordination and intern onboarding/offboarding.
  • Administering contracts for temporary freelancers and serving as a liaison between employees and vendors.
  • Staying up-to-date with regulatory changes and adhering to best practices in compliance.
  • Providing support for various administrative tasks, office management, and procurement of supplies.
  • Assisting in ad hoc projects and welfare initiatives under the guidance of the HR Manager.
