About Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Facilitate the issuance of formal documents, including offer letters, absence notifications, and probationary notices.
  • Data Integrity: Manage data entry processes to ensure accurate and up-to-date records, contributing to the integrity of our HR database.
  • Policy Guidance: Offer guidance and support to line managers regarding company policies and procedural matters, ensuring consistent application across the organization.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with various aspects of the recruitment process, from coordinating interviews to crafting job advertisements that attract suitable candidates.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, taking comprehensive notes as required, ensuring clear communication and follow-up on action items.
  • Return to Work (RTW) Administration: Administer Return to Work checks and associated tasks, contributing to employee health and well-being.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize software applications such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel for various HR tasks, streamlining processes and enhancing productivity.
  • Administrative Duties: Undertake general day-to-day administrative duties, contributing to the smooth operation of the HR department.
