The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting tactical activities for CRM and Digital Marketing channel support, with a strong emphasis on meeting deadlines. We are seeking an ideal candidate with hands-on experience in CRM (salesforce.com), Marketing automation tools (Adobe Marketo), webcasting platforms (ON24), and digital marketing, specifically email marketing and basic web support, within the Life Sciences sector. This specialist will work in collaboration with the team to execute tactical projects efficiently and within set timeframes.

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree with over 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within a Life Sciences company or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with the MS Office suite, particularly in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing automation (Adobe Marketo platform).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic HTML and WordPress experience is desired.
  • All candidates must be authorized to work in the USA.

About Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer support for marketing automation (Adobe Marketo) content, collaborating with the team on content implementation.
  • Collaborate with the CRM (Salesforce) administrator to review reports and disseminate dashboards to enhance utilization visibility and update SF Library materials.
  • Manage and support virtual events and online portals, working closely with the Marketing Event Manager to ensure the virtual event platforms are equipped with updated collateral and providing comprehensive tradeshow/virtual show support.
  • Coordinate user requests and collaborate with the administration team to prioritize and implement them.
  • Utilize HTML to make modifications to existing assets.
  • Oversee the social media calendar and create posts for Sony social channels.
  • Facilitate the routing and management of in-process marcom content among various stakeholders while consolidating feedback.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
