Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in computer hardware, software, and relevant terminology.
  • Basic problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational aptitude.
  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow Ticketing system is advantageous.
  • A solid understanding of the computer imaging process.
  • Four years of experience with a high school diploma or two years of experience with an Associate's degree.
