We are in search of an experienced Construction/Project Manager to bolster our ongoing building and land development projects while contributing to the growth of the Buildings & Facilities Business Line.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience in the successful management of buildings and facility projects within the Greater Toronto Area. Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a department head position.
- Essential expertise in contract document preparation and tender management for projects exceeding $5 million.
- Business development experience coupled with a background in engineering and project management is a valuable asset.
- Experience in civil, structural, or mechanical engineering in the relevant domain is a distinct advantage.
- Familiarity with procurement platforms is an additional advantage.
- Proven project management experience, accompanied by a commitment to exceeding our clients' expectations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A collaborative team player with a positive outlook.
