Job Requirements:

  • Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in earthworks and surface utilities.
  • Hold an Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Exhibit the ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Be comfortable working in both design office and operating plant settings.
  • Be eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer in the Province of Saskatchewan.
  • Prior experience with Civil 3D software will be viewed as an asset.

  • Undertake civil engineering responsibilities related to earthworks, underground utilities (such as general grading, ponds, drainage, plant roads, haul roads, mill pads, containment facilities, rail spurs, etc.).
  • Address the engineering aspects of buried and surface utilities, which encompass tailings discharge, brine lines, and more.
  • Interpret geotechnical and hydrology reports to inform your engineering decisions.
  • Contribute to the preparation and interpretation of technical reports, including specifications, scope of work, contract documents, quantity take-offs, and cost estimating.
