Job Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on finance.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in finance.
  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or MBA qualification is essential.

About Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present strategic financial and tax recommendations to the CEO.
  • Take the lead on financial planning and analysis, including budgeting.
  • Ensure effective management of cash flow, cash reserves, working capital, and company audits.
  • Take ownership of financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure legal compliance across all financial functions while also overseeing Risk Management.
  • Foster relationships with banks, legal advisors, auditors, and various stakeholders.
