About Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person user training and provide technical support for the utilization of industry-specific software.
- Deliver remote technical support to customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Address and resolve software issues while identifying underlying bugs.
- Collaborate actively with our development team to tackle complex challenges and devise appropriate solutions.
- Escalate critical issues to the relevant teams and diligently monitor progress until resolution is achieved.
- Establish and update technical documentation as necessary.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to initiatives focused on process improvement.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication and consistently resolving issues.
