Job Requirements:
- Preferred background in fashion or garment-related studies.
- 2-3 years of hands-on industry experience is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy.
- Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.
- Self-confidence and proactive mindset, capable of thriving independently and within a team under high-pressure, fast-paced conditions.

About Key Responsibilities:
- Sample Quality Control: Conduct comprehensive checks on all submitted samples throughout various development phases, ensuring strict adherence to Jaded London standards in terms of fabrics and measurements.
- Measurement and Documentation: Measure received samples and update workbooks with findings, ensuring the prototype aligns with the design sketch and addressing feedback from previous fittings. Carefully assess samples for fabric quality, print placement, details, and appropriate trims.
- Technical Excellence: Engage in technical and investigative tasks to uphold the highest product standards, ensuring that our products are of the highest quality.
- Garment Fitting: Meticulously fit garments and gather precise information to provide detailed fit comments to suppliers.
- Critical Path Management: Ensure sealers (proto samples) are prepared according to the critical path, promptly communicating any modifications to the Senior GT (Garment Technologist), Designer, and Production teams.
- Product Enhancement: Contribute to product improvements by conducting technical research, interpreting market insights, and benchmarking quality standards.
- Critical Path Maintenance: Keep an updated critical path and ensure the internal PLM system (Airtable) remains current, facilitating efficient project management.
- Quality Control: Manage regular quality control checks for both high-risk and standard products to maintain consistent quality.
- Sealer Samples: Oversee sealer samples, ensuring the correct photo and approved sample are correctly organized for reference.
- Technical Documentation: Keep technical files current and organized to facilitate easy access to product information.
- Studio Organization: Maintain an organized and efficient studio to optimize workflow within the department.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with customer care to promptly address urgent queries related to your product area, ensuring excellent customer service.
