Assembler
Adherence to company policies, procedures, work instructions, and training protocols is essential. Conformity to assigned Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), production work orders, and assembly plans is imperative. All tasks should be carried out in strict compliance with the Quality Manual and relevant regulations (such as cGMP, MDD, and GDPMDS).
Responsibilities encompass gathering necessary bulk supplies, ensuring the retrieval of correctly lot-numbered components from inventory, and vigilantly inspecting products for defects during the assembly process, promptly reporting any issues to the supervisor or Quality department. When necessary, orders should be adequately packaged for shipment to meet customer requirements, always striving to provide excellent service with a 98% or better service level.
The assembly of products should be conducted efficiently and accurately, using the correct components and lot numbers, with a keen focus on detail to minimize errors, and any mistakes should be promptly reported to the supervisor. There is also an opportunity to assist in training newly assigned Assemblers and participate in the assembly of clinical trial kits. Additionally, other duties may be assigned.
