The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Company’s marketing team. This role involves the administration of various tasks related to trade shows and corporate events, training programs, sales and distributor assistance, website maintenance, literature and promotional materials, social media, and email marketing.

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
  • Training or experience in events management.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, email marketing, and social media networks.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Familiarity with the HubSpot platform is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Confidence and competence to take ownership of events and projects.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers.

About Key Responsibilities:

Event Administration:

  • Maintain the event schedule.
  • Prepare shipments for events.
  • Coordinate with other departments, including warehouse, logistics, and the sales team.
  • Manage logistics like hotels, transportation, and registration for Company employees attending meetings and events.
  • Track and report on event-related expenses.
  • Handle event registrations.
  • Supervise booth setup and teardown at events.
Training:
  • Maintain the training schedule.
  • Coordinate training sessions and required resources.
  • Manage registrations and materials post-training.
  • Track registration, online bookings, invoices, purchase orders, and other expenses.
  • Maintain and distribute training marketing materials.
  • Provide support to salespeople and customers attending training sessions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
Sales, Distributor, and Meeting Support:
  • Offer support to the Company's sales team.
  • Fulfill requests for collateral materials.
  • Handle storage and shipping of display materials.
  • Fulfill sample requests.
  • Provide logo and artwork as needed.
  • Assist with distributor assets.
  • Coordinate and help organize end-user customer facility tours.
